In Person
2. Inner Engineering Completion:
- 1-2 day in-person program to learn the Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya.
- Scheduled in multiple cities across US and Canada and as a 2-day residential retreat at Isha Institute of Inner-sciences.
- Prerequisite to attend: Inner Engineering Online.

3. Inner Engineering Total:
