How I Remove and Keep Pain Away From My Body Naturally and Safely

I began learning kinesiology in Sydney, Australia in 1993 and have been practicing as a professional kinesiologist for over ten years – first in Australia and later in America. I have a Bachelor of Science degree and I’ve seen how powerful these techniques and concepts have been for other people. I’ve experienced the results for myself.

As a teenager, I suffered a particularly acute case of acne. I consulted a dermatologist who promptly put me on antibiotics. But the antibiotics did nothing for me and I stopped taking them.

A close friend of mine “Sue” had even worse acne than I did. But when she consulted a dermatologist, he told her to just stop worrying! He brushed her off, chalking it up to emotional problems. (He never told her HOW to stop worrying, however.)

At the same time, another friend of mine was suffering from stomach ulcers and in excruciating pain. She saw a number of doctors and none of them could help her. In desperation, she went to a naturopath who put her on a regimen of charcoal tablets and geranium drops.

Amazingly, this simple regimen healed her ulcers and permanently eliminated the excruciating pain she’d endured.

So I suggested to Sue that she see a naturopath also. After all, what harm could it do? She certainly hadn’t seen results from her medical doctors.

The naturopath informed Sue that a yeast, necessary for digestion (and produced naturally by the body) had grown rampant, causing her acne to grow worse over the years. The very antibiotics she’d been taking for her acne had also killed the “good” bacteria which kept a yeast necessary for digestion under control. Her antibiotics, which were supposed to heal her acne, had actually caused it to grow worse!

That naturopath was able to heal her of the acne and other symptoms.

It was then I began to see the very real limitations of the medical system and search out viable alternatives.
